A: A pre-order is for a product that has not been manufactured yet. After the pre-order period ends, an order will be submitted to our manufacturing partners.
The production period typically spans a few months, but please keep in mind that this is an estimate. Given the current global climate and supply chain disruptions, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience if any delays arise.

A:
In Stock: All "In-Stock" orders will be processed and fulfilled within 2 weeks. Our Fulfillment Partner normally ships orders within 3-5 Business Days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
We kindly ask for your patience while they personally pack & ship each order. Thanks for supporting Small Businesses!
Pre-orders: Products labeled as "Pre-order" will be ready to ship after they have completed production and have been shipped out from our manufacturing partners. All pre-order customers will receive a pre-fulfillment email prior to orders being shipped out.

In-Stock:
If you need to cancel an in-stock order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
Please note our Business Days are Monday - Friday. And that our small team does our best to reply in 3 Business Days.
Pre-orders:
Due to the nature of group buys, we ask that you take care to make sure your order is final. If anything changes, please contact us about your specific case. Our team will do our best to accommodate you!
A: We are unable to combine and/or modify orders after they are placed. We also encourage our customers to double-check that their shipping address is correct before checking out.

A: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay as forms of payment.
PayPal is not a default option due to their high fees. If PayPal is the only available method to you in your country, please reach out.

Before pre-orders ship, our Fulfillment Partner will send out a pre-fulfillment email to all customers to make sure addresses are up to date with a cut-off date. Make sure help@whitesquirrel.com is whitelisted to ensure these don't go to spam!
Please be advised that once the cut-off date has passed, we cannot guarantee updates to your shipping address.
A: If your package is deemed lost or misdelivered, please kindly reach out to the respective carrier to troubleshoot. Once a package is handed off to carrier partners like USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we are unable to provide additional support to track it down and final delivery is out of our hands.
Mintlodica is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
A: The best place to get updates is on our newsletter. You may also use the "email when available" button to get a notification of a restock.

A: Unfortunately not. Theft is too common for high-resolution images, even when they are paid products. To protect our artist's work, we've chosen to not release any wallpapers.
A: No, due to our limited time and energy, we do not do commissions of any kind.
