A: Pre-orders are reservations for a product that has not yet finished manufacturing and arrived at our warehouse.
If you are curious about the status of a particular pre-order product, please see our Updates page for the latest information.
Pre-orders are refundable up until the shipping label is created. If you choose to cancel your pre-order, you forfeit any discounts.

A: If you need to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We'll do our best to accomodate you!
A: We are unable to combine and/or modify orders after they are placed. We also encourage our customers to double-check that their shipping address is correct before checking out.

A: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay as forms of payment. Affirm payment plans are available for orders in the United States.
PayPal is not a default option due to their high fees.
Checkout is automated. If you'd like to place an order and are unable to for some reason, please also reach out.

Before pre-orders ship, our Fulfillment Partner at White Squirrel will send out a email to all customers to make sure addresses are up to date. Make sure help@whitesquirrel.com is whitelisted to ensure these don't go to spam!
Please be advised that once the deadline has passed, we cannot guarantee updates to your shipping address.
A: If your package is deemed lost or mis-delivered, please reach out to us so we're aware and to the respective carrier to troubleshoot.
Once a package is handed off to carrier partners like USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we are unable to provide additional support to track it down and final delivery is out of our hands.
Mintlodica is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.

Please note we are a small team, so social media will not always be up to date. Our Newsletter and Back in Stock notifications are the best place to get updates!

If you see something in-stock, that's the best time to make sure you don't miss out. We don't always bring everything back.
