A: A pre-order is a product that has not been produced/manufactured yet.
After the pre-order period ends, total quantities will be submitted to our manufacturing partners and production will begin.
The production period typically spans 4-6 months but please keep in mind that this is a rough estimate. Given the current global climate and supply chain disruptions, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience if any delays arise.
In Stock: All "In-Stock" orders will be processed and fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. Our small team normally ship orders within 3-5 Business Days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

Pre-orders: Products labeled as "Pre-order" will be ready to ship after they have completed production and have been shipped out from our manufacturing partners. All pre-order customers will receive a pre-fulfillment email prior to orders being shipped out.

Before pre-orders ship, we will send out a pre-fulfillment email to all customers to make sure addresses are up to date with a cut-off date. Please be advised that once the cut-off date has passed, you will no longer be able to update your address.
A: If your package is deemed lost or misdelivered, please kindly reach out to the respective carrier to troubleshoot. Once a package is handed off to carrier partners like USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, we are unable to provide additional support to track it down and final delivery is out of our hands.
Mintlodica is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
A: At this time, we do not have plans to work with any proxies or authorized resellers for any of our products. If this changes in the future, we will be sure to announce them.
A: Susan's designs will be restocked regularly via this Mintlodica.com shop. Purchasing directly from here is the best way to support her creative work. This includes keycaps and all deskmats.
A: If there are plans to make our existing designs in other profiles, we'll announce the news. Our designs are all intentionally created to exist as is.

A: Unfortunately not. Theft is too common for high-resolution images, even when they are paid products. To protect our artist's work, we've chosen to not release any wallpapers.
Our Gift Cards follow the standard Shopify policy:
Gift Cards may be used more than once so long as it has balance.
Gift Cards can cover the costs of sales tax and shipping.
Refunds can be applied on Gift Cards.
Finally, you cannot use a Gift Card to buy Gift Cards.
