Refund policy
While we hope you love your purchase, we understand circumstances arise and a return may be needed. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Initiate the Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from our shop.
To begin the return process, please submit a ticket (remember to include your order number!) via the Contact Us page. If your order is eligible for a return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received on our end, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or store credit within 7 business days.
Please note, if you choose a refund to your original payment method there will be a $9 restock fee deducted from the original order for all eligible returns. This amount covers the cost of operating a small business.

Damaged / Defective products and Missing Packages
If your product is damaged or defective upon receipt or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number. Please also include photos of the item(s) you received and the packing slip in the package.
If your package is missing, please contact us immediately so we're aware. We can also help file a missing package report with the carrier.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out with next steps to continue to the replacement process for the item(s) in question.
B-Stock
Products sold as B-Stock are not eligible for refunds, return, or exchanges. By purchasing a product that's B-Stock, you accept that there are no guarantees for the specific unit received.
Exchanges
Due to limitations with Shopify, we are unable to modify existing orders. Please contact us to begin the return process (detailed above) and place a new order with the products you'd like.
Pre-orders
Due to the nature of pre-orders, we ask that you take care to make sure your order is final. That said, you are entitled to a refund up until your order's tracking number is created. If you change your mind later, you'll need to place a backorder or in-stock order. By cancelling a pre-order, you forfeit any pre-order discounts.
Shipping for any orders containing a pre-order item
If your order contains a Pre-order, it will ship together after all items have restocked at our warehouse. If you'd like to split your order, please contact us to arrange for separate shipping.
