Shipping policy

In-Stock: Orders are processed and fulfilled in batches on a ~weekly basis. We partner with another independent woman owned business, White Squirrel, for our fulfillment. We ask for your patience while each order is personally packed & shipped!

You can expect your order to be fulfilled within 2 weeks (10 Business Days). But please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays. Contact Us should anything arise with your order.

Rates are set by carriers. What you see at checkout is what it costs to pack and ship your orders.

Pre-orders: Products labeled as "Pre-order" will be ready to ship after they have completed production and arrived at the warehouse. All pre-order customers will receive regular email updates and a pre-fulfillment email prior to orders being shipped out.

If your order contains a Pre-order, it will ship together after all items have restocked at our warehouse. If you'd like to split your order, please contact us to arrange for separate shipping.
